Your party package includes the following items:

• Party Room for 1 ½ hours of time and instructor (charge of $65)
• Each party guest will leave with a jewelry creation of their own. (jewelry package must be chosen at the time of booking)
• Queen Bead Tiara to take home
• Jewelry bag for each guest
• Two 4 x 6 inch picture of your party will be taken at a cost of $4.00 each
• Party invitations to take with you to invite your guests may be purchased in packs of 10 invitations with envelopes for $8.00
• Minimum 6 children, or pay per child fee for the difference

In order to ensure a terrific experience for your Birthday Party Girl and her guests, the following guidelines should be followed:

• A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises during the duration of the party.
• Beginning in the first 45 minutes, each child will be instructed how to design and create her jewelry with assistance in completion by the instructor. The conclusion of the party is reserved for cake and presents with the parents or guardians.
• This contract must be signed at the time the deposit is taken in order to hold the room.
• Parties range from $12 - $20 per person depending on the party package selected.
• A $65 room fee will be required to hold the party room, date and time chosen.
• Cake and drinks, etc. may be brought in a half hour prior to the time of the party for set up.
• If the party arrives late, due to scheduling, the party must conclude on time. See second page for scheduled times.
• Party room should be left clean and in good condition for the next party package. (i.e. all trash should be picked up and put in trash bag provided. Food items should be taken when party is over. Additional decorations, if any, should be removed.

Our beautiful shabby-chic party room includes a spacious table for creating and eating. Ambient lighting by our antique chandelier. Beautiful mirror and shabbied-comfy chairs.
A sideboard for your birthday supplies, presents and cake.

Bride to Bead (View images here)– have your bachelorette party here. Bring your wedding colors, bridesmaids and party accouterments for a memory complete with mementos to last a lifetime. Bring a minimum of 6 friends to make jewelry to match your wedding attire.

Prom or Special Occasion - Feel free to call ahead to book a party for that special occasion jewelry that retail stores just won't have. Bring that special dress for a match that is more than perfect!

Beads & Brunch – we’ll supply the coffee. Get your girlfriends together, bring some great food and join us to make jewelry. You choose the beads and findings of your choice.

Beads & Dates – come with three couples, you and your date and make jewelry together. Maybe a spirit bracelet to support your school or college – complete with school mascot charms and letters. For the guys we have some great masculine beads like wood and bone. Help him look great, design his necklace with him.

Mom’s & Daughters – Moms are ya looking for a great way to spend time with your precious daughter? Great. Get some of your friends, some of her friends and make a jewelry party out of it! The girls will feel really special, you’ll have fun visiting and make some great jewelry to boot!

Dad’s & Daughters – Dads, do you need a special way to connect with your baby girl? Look no further. This is it. You’ll be a hero and she’ll have so much fun making jewelry with her daddy. Round up some other dads and daughters to join you.

Queen Bead – Do you have a Diva in your life that needs pampering? Why not make Swarovski Crystal jewelry with her while she wears our Queen Bead Crown! What a great way to spend a few hours and leave with your own jewelry creation.
